Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

Damage During Shipping

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@astoriaartifacts.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
