Astoria Artifacts LLC Refund and Returns Policy

Astoria Artifacts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our website or authorized marketplaces.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Exchanges are allowed subject to the same conditions and product availability.

Exceptions

There are no general exceptions to the above conditions. Certain items (such as custom or made-to-order products) may be non-returnable where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange for pickup where applicable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to returns of large furniture items.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damage or Shipping Issues

If an item arrives damaged or with shipping issues, please contact us immediately at sales@astoriaartifacts.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for inspection, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Manufacturer Warranty

Furniture items may carry a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our return policy. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty details.

How to Initiate a Return
